My son is a ball of energy! He LOVES to play and explore. Although its cold out, I love him to get on a walk when the weather is decent, and head to a park also when possible. Indoors, he has several toys to keep him occupied with your company, and solo for little chunks at a time. He has two shows he watches as well, that help him to calm down and relax his mind. He really likes to explore how things work and dont work, bath time, and were getting more into reading his books. He naps around 12-2 p.m. and has a normal breakfast, lunch and dinner schedule with snacks between, where he can sit in his high chair and feed himself (mostly).
