Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Milwaukee.

I am looking for a great sitter/nanny for 1 child sometimes 2 in Milwaukee. I would prefer a sitter/nanny who has their own car and who is CPR certified if possible. My baby boy is breastfed and very attached to his mother, so someone who is patient and ready to hear a lot of whining possibly. I have cameras in my home and check periodically to make sure everything is going well. I am looking for someone who would like to be consistent and care for my baby boy on occasions. Someone who is passionate, honest and loving. This experience is very new but I really need extra support. I also am looking for someone to care for my nephew as well as he has autism and is very independent and capable of going to the bathroom, making himself food if needed & is rarely out of his room for the most part and capable of moving around on his own.
