Full Time Nanny Needed For Newborn In Milwaukee North Shore

We are looking for a full time, long term nanny for our newborn daughter under the age of 1 in Milwaukee north shore area. We would prefer someone who is knowledgeable about developmental milestones and tailors activities accordingly. Someone who takes pride in caring for children, is highly communicative, proactive, and follows parents lead/instructions on care approach, structure, and routines. Newborn experience and prior references are a must. Light housekeeping would be a huge help as well. Looking for someone who has their own car, does not smoke and is CPR/First Aid certified.
