We are looking for a firm nanny for our 15-year-old with behavioral health needs. She benefits from structure, so having someone who can keep a schedule and clear expectations is a must. There may be opportunities to go together to local events, so a willingness to walk up to 1 mile is desired. We have a dog and cat in the house that won't require your care.
