ISO Weekend Nanny!

Looking for a weekend nanny for our two cuties! My husband and I are both nurses and want to switch to weekend program to have more time as a family. We work 12. 5 hour shifts plus travel time. Understand we also can't always leave on time if our patients are critical! We only get 4 weekends off a year so we would be open to hiring a pair of nannies or if you have a substitute, you could recommend and rely on that would be amazing! Must be CPR certified & have permanent availability as this is not a temporary position. Previous experience working with infants/kids or in healthcare or pursuing healthcare/childcare preferred! Need to be comfortable with pets and have own reliable transportation. Our son is speech delayed and does a lot of baby sign. We need someone who knows baby sign or is willing to learn and be patient with him.
