Seeking a caring nanny in Cedarburg for our toddler (and baby next year). Must love outdoor adventures-walks, parks, library-and be comfortable managing big toddler feelings with patience and positivity. Light housekeeping and minor pet care (letting out dogs, kitty treats) included. We value Montessori-style guidance, no screen time, and lots of books, trains, and imagination. Prefer someone with a car for park trips and activities (like toddler gymnastics). We work from home but separately, so you'll lead the day's fun and routines. Flexibility for occasional early/late days appreciated. We're not from the area and rely on you to be reliable and communicative. Non-smoking home, lively atmosphere with helpers coming and going.
