We are seeking a loving, experienced nanny for our three children. (Note: Our 4-year-old attends pre-K on these days.) The ideal candidate will have: + Proven experience caring for 2+ young children. + Excellent multi-tasking and situational awareness (it's 3 kids after all! We mean things like catching small choking hazards, keeping track of time, location of kids). + Ability to calmly and effectively manage toddler meltdowns. + Ability to move and think quickly and provide a safe, engaging environment. + Skill in planning age-appropriate activities. + Comfortable with small dogs. + Comfort with driving the children to school + Commitment to long term position Hiring Process: We will be taking time to find the right fit for our family.
