Looking for wonderful, long term nanny for 3 boys (13 months, 3 yo PT school, 6yo FT school). We value daily outdoor time (rain or shine), play in playroom, walks to park, digging in dirt, & adventures. Looking for nanny who is active, patient, and loves the outdoors. Daily responsibilities include providing an emotionally & physically safe environment, organizing age/developmentally appropriate creative activities & games (support & resources provided), supporting healthy nutritional habits during meals (baby led weaning, occasional meal prep), promoting children's hygiene (changing diapers, handwashing for potty trained 3 yo), tidy up play areas, providing continuity with gentle parenting techniques. Important qualities: dependability, communication and patience. Care occasionally for all 3. Primary care for 1yo
