Morning Routine And Bus Help Needed For Son With Special Needs. Just 4-5 Mornings In May

I am looking for help 4-5 mornings in May (will be traveling for work). Option 1: come in morning (7:00) and get L ready for school and on the bus (8:15). Optio2: would be to stay the night here. Pay: 3 hours for the morning, $50 additional for the overnight. L has 17-year-old brother that would be here overnight and in the morning but has to leave for school before L bus gets here. L is 20 with profound global delays. He is small for his age (48 lbs & 42" tall). He is easy going and likes to hang on couch and watch TV.
