Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Tacoma

I am a full-time working mom that was recently widowed. My late husband was a stay at home parent so I am in need of some regular childcare for a few hours on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. If things go well, and there is mutual availability, I may also extend into Mondays and Fridays overtime as well. The sitter will supervise lunch and playtime for about 2. 5 hours each afternoon while I finish my work day remotely. My son is currently nonverbal, primarily communicating through gestures. His pediatrician also believes that he is on the autism spectrum and we are waiting to be evaluated. I prefer a caretaker who has experience working with special needs children as he does have the occasional meltdown and needs assistance regulating.
