In-Home Nanny Needed For My Baby Girl In Brown's Point!

My husband and I are looking for someone to provide infant care for our baby girl (born this August) in our home when mom returns to work in December! I work fully remotely and am available in-home, but cannot concurrently take care of my baby during my work hours. My husband works on a one-week on/one-week off schedule, so we will need someone every other week (the weeks that he is scheduled to work). We're hoping to find someone for the long-term until our baby girl goes to school and no longer needs round-the-clock home care. I think it's also worth mentioning that we have two dogs and one cat, so we will need someone who does not mind and is not allergic to pets - though you by no means will be taking care of them!
