Part-time Nanny/mothers Helper For 2 Year Old Triplets

Hi, I'm looking for a mother's helper/nanny to support with my 2 y/o triplet boys. I also have a daughter in preschool most of the day. In the mornings, you'd stay with the boys ~20 minutes while I drop her off. One son has medical complexities (g-tube/ostomy), but I manage his care. Sometimes I may take him to appointments, leaving you with the other two, but I'm usually home helping or doing things around the house. My husband and I love the outdoors, and we're looking for someone who enjoys being outside year-round. The boys usually spend a couple hours in nature most mornings-parks, trails, bike rides. Our past nanny often took all three out daily while I worked at home and prepped lunch. We practice gentle, responsive parenting and value someone who shares this approach.
