We're seeking regular weekly childcare in our home for our baby, who will be 4 months at the end of July. Both parents work from home. We're seeking someone who is compassionate and patient, and who has high emotional intelligence. To us, this looks like attachment-based care for baby, prioritizing connection and bonding with baby, collaborative communication with us as parents, knowing and communicating your limits and needs, awareness and management of your own emotions and knowing when you need a break! We'd love for baby to be with someone who can help her explore the world around her in little ways, and who is comfortable with baby led weaning, or is willing to learn about it. We have two small dogs who are very friendly and don't shed. No dog care or housework required (beyond light help related to baby, like washing bottles).
