About the job
We're looking for a kind, dependable nanny to care for our toddler, who's working on expressive language and loves to be understood. Monday to Thursday, you'll pick him up from his morning program at noon (a 5-minute walk, 0. 4 miles from our house), give him lunch, and settle him for nap until 2:30 p.m. Fridays are full-day care, 8 am-4:30 p.m. After naps, enjoy simple daily outings; library, park, or other short walks. A gentle, engaged caregiver who enjoys talking, labeling, and responding to his attempts at words will help reinforce his learning. Pay is $18/hr.
