Consistent Caregiver Needed Part-Time

I'm looking for flexible childcare. I work two part-time jobs that are mostly WFH but require some in person meetings and nighttime events. The days wouldn't be the same everyday week but I can guarantee a number of hours if needed. And I would need care every week. We can work to make it as consistent as possible! My boys are on a great schedule and my youngest takes a nap every day. They go to bed great and sleep well. They are curious and social and very sweet boys. Childcare would be in my home, and I prefer someone who will not need to bring their own child with them.
