Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Cain Lake Area

I am looking for a summer babysitter for 1-3 kiddos during the summer. I work from home and can help with the baby (she is currently 10 months) but my older two need more supervision and enrichment than my day allows. Hours/days are somewhat flexible but I am planning 25 hours a week over the summer. We would love to find a sitter that we can still use for occasional events outside of the summer as well. About our family: Kids are Boy (7), Girl (4), Girl (10m). We love to play sports outside, swim, build forts, read books, dig in the dirt etc. We have a huge yard to explore, a pool and possibly a new puppy this summer. Someone with a swim instructor experience (even a little) would be icing on the cake this summer!
