Hello! My husband and I are seeking a babysitter for Friday or Saturday night every 2-6 weeks, so we can go out for date night. We would like this person to get to our house around 7-8 p.m. and watch the baby monitor while our daughter sleeps (she is 16 months old). Our daughter always sleeps through the night/never wakes up, so this would be an easy job. You can watch TV in the living room and help yourself to some snacks : ) We would need this person to be flexible with the end time since we won't always know exactly when we will get home, but it will likely be by 12-1 a.m. We are very communicative and will always message to let you know when we are heading home.
