Live-In Nanny Needed For 1 Child Near Ames Lake

I am a single mama looking for a live-in nanny for my little boy (H) starting in June 2024 (flexible). He will be about 14 months old then. I also have one friendly cat. I work from home in the back office. While I work, H has the run of the house! We love being outside. Even in the rain, we put on our raincoats and go for a walk or play on the covered deck. H loves to explore everything and learn how things work. I have a flexible schedule: M-F mornings, 7:30a-12:30p with the possibility of doing one or two longer days for a total of 25-30 hours. This flexible, part-time schedule would allow for a second afternoon/evening gig, if desired. Pay would be around $1800/month and rent would be $1000/month (includes your own room/bathroom, all utilities, and wifi). Slightly negotiable. No pets, no smoking.
