Nanny Needed For My Child

Hello! We're new parents looking for some help with our 8-month-old. We have a high energy baby (wants constant stimulation, does not spend time by himself, doesn't sleep as much as some), so the ideal nanny will need lots of energy and patience. We are both at home - father works from home, mom is a homemaker. However, because of the baby's demands, we are unable to even maintain housekeeping. To that end, something as simple as keeping the baby busy, even if near mom, while allowing mom to do things, would be very helpful. In an ideal world, however, you could help us with sleep training and help him become more independent. We are looking for part-time help (12-20 hours a week). The times indicated in the job would work, but we are flexible.
