Nanny/Babysitter Needed For 3 Year Old

Looking for a sitter or nanny for our girl who turned 3 at the end of September. We are a conservative minded family and are looking for a sitter that shares our values. No vaccine or mask requirements. We are currently thinking for pre-school in the fall, so this may be a temporary position 6-9 months. She is very social and loves other kids, she also enjoys sensory play and the park or outside time. L doesn't nap anymore but will take rest time if offered. We are looking for someone to help take the burden off of me a 2-3 Days a week for 3-4 hours each day. Maybe some additional hours with our 6-month-old on occasion. This could be either in our home, out doing activities, or in your home.
