About the job
Looking for child care help Tuesdays (7:30-1) and Wednesday morning (8-11:30). Our children's safety and comfort are always the top priority. We ask that anyone caring for them enters our space - whether at home or out and about - with respect, and a willingness to get down on their level to play, sing, and have fun. Must be able to cook and help with general tidying. Discipline Approach: We practice gentle parenting and expect the same approach from caregivers. This means: No spanking, yelling, or timeouts. Focus on redirection, empathy, and clear, calm boundaries.
