Nanny Needed For 2 Little Boys Near Olympia

We are looking for a long term nanny for our 3-week-old and 2-year-old boys in Olympia. The start date is flexible but we would like it to start within the next month, preferably. The position would start as part time but progress to full time as we return to work. Possibility of overnight care down road as well. We live in rural Olympia, near Lacey, and are looking for someone that is willing to spend lots of time outdoors with the kids as they grow. We prefer no screen time and encourage developmental activities/play instead. Our great indoor and outdoor play areas help in providing a lot of great options. We try to maintain as clean, tidy, and low-tox of a home as practical so some light housekeeping is required. Occasional meal prep would be helpful as well. If you are interested, please reach out!
