Babysitter Needed

About the job

Looking for a long-term babysitter with potential to become a part time nanny for when I go back to work part time this summer/fall. Basic needs for caring for a child. I am wanting to ease into this process so a relationship can be built with our sitter and family. Trust is everything. Ideally, I would like to start out once a week then move to a few times a week. I am at a point where I don't have things set on a weekly basis but would like to get to that point knowing I have a babysitter to utilize if that makes sense.
