Full Time Nanny Position To 2 Yo Twin Boys

We're looking for a full-time nanny for our 2-year-old twin boys. We run a busy property management business, so we need someone reliable, warm, and able to maintain routines. Our current nanny leaves for college in March 2026, and we hope to find someone long-term until the boys begin preschool. The twins are energetic, curious, and love play and exploration. We follow a daily schedule and need help with child-focused tasks during nap time. Responsibilities include: Maintain daily schedule with meals and nap, prepare simple meals, handle diapering, dressing and children's laundry, keep play and meal areas tidy, communicate updates throughout the day with photos, help with light household tasks during nap time
