About Us: We're a warm, funny family looking for a Family Assistant/Childcare Support. Expect lots of laughs, two cuddly dogs, and the chance to work with the coolest9-year-old (she can be a little stinky sometimes). Our daughter is non-verbal, uses a wheelchair, and is tube-fed. She'll be your main buddy-no special-needs experience required, just kindness and willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Childcare (feeding, playing, transport), driving to activities (work vehicle provided), light cleaning, laundry, cooking, and general household help. Schedule: Core hours: M/T/Th/F: 3:30-6 p.m. W: 2-6 p.m. Flexible extra hours (15-40/week). Occasional 9-5 on school holidays. Pay: $20/hour to start, +$10/hour once registered with CDWA (or $30 if already registered). Meals included.
