Seeking Nanny For Infant And Twin 6 Year Olds

We are looking for a nanny to care for our baby girl who will be around 5 months old when I go back to work (starting late Feb). Our schedule will be full days M/W/F and shorter days on T/TH (8:30-3pm) for a total of 40 hours per week. We also have twin 6-year-old boys who are in school during the day but will need to be picked up after school on M/W/F. Once school is out for the summer, we are hoping this person will be up for watching all 3 kids for the summer--though the twins may have some activities or camps intermittently. The ideal candidate would be someone with experience caring for infants and older children at the same time and who is comfortable with dogs (we have a Samoyed who loves to be part of the fun!). We do have a bit of a routine in terms of feeding and sleep (for the baby) so hoping to find someone open to following.
