Part Time Nanny Needed For An Energetic 3yr Old And A Very Sweet 1yr Old

We are looking for a sitter for our two boys (1yr and 3yrs) for around one day a week. I prefer Mondays, but am somewhat flexible on schedule. We're hoping this person could also watch them for an occasional date night. Our oldest loves books, playing outside, and going to the library. We don't have a TV and try to save screen time (on our phones) for special occasions. He's also a very active kid, and is working on listening to directions, and being gentle with others-particularly his baby brother. Our youngest isn't walking yet, but a very fast crawler. He's a super smiley easy going baby. We have parking in the driveway We have a part-time dog. He's an elderly lab/pointer mix who lives with someone else most of the time. A sitter would have occasional interactions with him, so they would need to be comfortable around dogs.
