N is 3 months old and is beginning to interact more with the world around him. He likes walks, talking (or babbling), and tummy time. We like giving him independent time as well - he doesn't require constant attention. He sleeps well through the night and takes a few naps per day. My wife and I both work full time (I work from home several days per week), so we need someone to care for him during the day which will help us navigate our busy schedules.
