Hello! Looking for our perfect fit nanny for our 1 & 2. 5yo (& 6yo on occasion.) They are energetic, sweet & do best with someone nurturing and fun. Current schedule is M/T/TH/F/SAT but may swap Wed for Friday in the future. My schedule varies so hoping to find someone that's flexible. (Ending times on schedule are negotiable) Our philosophy is laid back, but with boundaries. We like a mix of intentional parenting (sometimes known as gentle parenting, but not to be confused with permissive parenting!) with emphasis on emotional intelligence. We love books/educational games. We're looking for someone who goes the extra mile when it comes to guiding and truly caring for our kids, creating a safe & loving environment. Utilizing a military program for childcare (can expand upon messaging) Pay is negotiable.
