About the job
My son will be 3-4 months by the time I need care. He will need activities to support his development and reaching his milestones. I prefer the Montessori method of learning as he gets older, but that will slowly be introduced since he is so young. There will be an emphasis on hands on play and learning as he grows since he will not be watching tv or playing with a tablet until he is much older.
