Hi there! We're a loving family in Mill Creek, WA, expecting triplets in May 2026 and currently have a sweet 1. 5-year-old daughter toddler as well. Seeking an experienced, dependable full-time nanny to help during the babies' first year. Mom will be recovering from C-section and works from home but needs consistent support when father is out of town. Schedule: 40-50 hrs/week, flexible days, occasional evenings/weekends, start May 2026 (April onboarding preferred). Duties: Care for three newborns (feeding, diapering, naps), engage toddler learning and activities, keep routines, light tidying/laundry, optional simple cooking. Ideal: Infant/multiples experience, CPR certified, vaccinated, organized, non-smoker. Thai language would be a plus but not required Pay: $22-$30/hr, 1 week PTO and paid federal holidays.
