Hi there! We're a loving family in Mill Creek, WA, expecting triplets in May 2026. Seeking an experienced, dependable full-time nanny to help during the babies' first year. Mom will be recovering from C-section and works from home but needs consistent support when father is out of town. Schedule: 40-50 hrs/week, flexible days, occasional evenings/weekends, start Aug 2026 (July onboarding preferred). Duties: Drop off toddler in Daycare, in home Care for three newborns (feeding, diapering, naps, burping), engage toddler learning and activities if applicable , bottle washing, light tidying/laundry, optional simple cooking. Ideal: Infant/multiples experience, CPR certified, vaccinated, organized, non-smoker. Pay: $22-$30/hr, 1 week PTO and paid federal holidays.
