Sibling Doula/nanny Needed For Parents Expecting Twins. Overnight Care While Hospitalized.

We are expecting twins and currently have a toddler (2. 5). We don't have family in town and are looking for nannies open to something like a "sibling doula" setup for birth. Sibling doula: As a high-risk pregnancy we are unsure what our birthing schedule will look like. We are hoping to find someone who would be willing to take our toddler when we are admitted to the hospital for birth or other complications. She goes to daycare during the day (open between 7:15 am-5:45 pm) so we are looking for someone who could care for her overnight and on days when daycare is closed. I could deliver anytime in December or January. We could also be transferred to Seattle to deliver. We are not sure whether we will have NICU time. Prefer care in our home but open to discussion Open to discussion about pay in a non-traditional set-up like this one.
