We are a little family new to the area with virtually no family support. We are looking for a caregiver to help us out to be able to have some alone time with each other, but to feel confident in knowing our children are being well cared for. We are an outdoorsy, artsy family and value honesty and being real. I picture a caregiver with experience with children of all ages, and dealing with multiple ages and developments at the same time. I hope for a caregiver who enjoys spending time with children and doesn't want to just get the day over with. Someone who wants to create a fun enriching day so the children are engaged and excited to transition into activities. I also want a caregiver who knows when to intervene in play and when to step back and let the kids engage in play independently. We have two dogs and two cats.
