Looking For A Sitter 4 Days Per Week For 3 Girls!

I am looking for a babysitter for my 2 girls, ages 1-year-old and 3 years old + my 5-year-old daughter who will be home after school. They are very fun, sweet, and a pleasure to be around! I am looking for someone who can come 2 weekdays per week (Monday & Wednesday) at 7:45 a.m. to be with my 2 younger girls while I work from home (and my 5-year-old from 3 to 5 PM). We are also looking for someone who can come Saturday & Sunday (it's okay if you can only do one of those days) throughout ski season to be with the baby while we take the older girls skiing. Occasional date night availability would also be great, but isn't necessary. I'm hoping the sitter will be comfortable with light housekeeping and folding laundry.
