Transportation RequiredWe're looking for a reliable, long-term part-time caregiver for our autistic daughter. She communicates well, toilets independently, and loves crafts, games, and activities. Applicants should: Be willing and able to provide engaging one-on-one play and emotional support (not "sitter vising") - Be able-bodied - Learn and implement our child's routine of OT exercises, outdoor time, and movement. - If possible, have experience providing care for autistic people or those with hidden disabilities. - Be willing and able to learn the approaches that work best for our child - Enjoy children, crafts, activities, and outdoors, and stay calm/think clearly in challenging situations. Our best caregivers have had laid-back but fun temperaments. - Ideal candidates will be neurodiversity affirming and practiced in sensory strategies and co-regulation
