About the job
I work from home and my husband is an airline pilot who will be returning to work February 1, 2026 from extended parental leave. The airline schedule is roughly gone 15 days of the month. I am looking for someone that is flexible and can help while my husband travels both when I am working and during some weekend time (if he happens to be gone). We have a 5 month, 2 year, and 4-year-old daughters. The older two girls are in preschool M-F 9 a.m. to noon so it is mainly the baby. We are a strict schedule family (so if you don't like schedules, we aren't a good fit!) Everyone wakes up at the same time everyday, naps at the same time, eats at the same time, etc. It works for us and give us sanity during a chaotic season.
