Part Time Nanny For 6-month Old Twins

I'm looking for a nanny for our 6-month-old twin girls. Ideally, we'd love to have someone help us 15-17 hours a week on average. Our schedule varies from week to week, but would usually look something like this: Mon 8A-1P, Wed 8A-1P, Thur or Fri 8A-1P. At times we may need help in the afternoons or on a weekend.
