Seeking a nanny near Upperville for 1 child. Start time is flexible as we are looking for the right fit. My daughter is two and is easy going, happy, and inquisitive. Looking for someone who can help curate her love for nature, art, and the outdoors. She is a great eater and a very calm and easy child. We ask you are of a similarly personality: positive, focused, motivated and calm. We have hens, ducks, and chickens, a large dog and a friendly cat. :) The job requires the basics: childcare, light house work, light meal prep and a willingness to jump in and help and be part of the family when you are with us. We structure are play activities around Montessori principles, but no strict Montessori training is needed, we just like to embrace, focus, independence and task based play, with a lot of fun and spontaneity mixed in.
