Nanny Needed For 4-Month Old In Sterling

We need a nanny starting in July for our (will be) 4-month-old in Sterling. My husband works from home M/W/F and in office T/Th. I will be going back to work part-time T/W/Th - I work from home on Wednesdays and in-office Thursdays and every other Tuesday. We would appreciate anyone who is skilled in child development and can aid in light housekeeping (meal prep, dishes, and laundry - we have biweekly cleaners for everything else). We do have a non-shedding mini goldendoodle who is 4 years old! He normally keeps to himself when my husband and I are out of the house.
