Parent's Helper Needed For 1 Child (and Newborn On The Way) In Springfield

We are looking for a mother's helper to help starting March 2026 or earlier. At least the first 3/4 months would like routine assistance on weeknights and weekends. We were looking for (1) help mainly on weekends (either 4 hour shift morning or afternoon either Sat or Sunday) to assist with our almost 2-year-old toddler as we are expecting a new baby March 2026 - 1 parent will always be home and light housekeeping; and (2) also weekday help on 1 to 2 weekdays evenings - light clean up (put away dishes, laundry, trash. etc.) and occasional watching of toddler (while 1 parent is home) but mostly clean-up on weekdays.
