We are a Christian family with two daughters, ages two and four. Our values shape daily life, including the songs, books, and media the girls enjoy, so the nanny should be comfortable in this environment. Both parents are self-employed and work from home in separate areas, requiring focused, consistent childcare. The girls love being outside, making art, baking, playing pretend, building, reading, and learning. We use a parenting style with structure, boundaries, warmth, and encouragement, and seek a nanny who supports this balance. Initially, care is on our property only, but future outings may be possible. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30. 40 hours guaranteed with most Fridays off. The nanny works closely with our household manager and should be kind, self-aware, open to guidance, and receptive to feedback.
