Part-time Nanny 2 Children In Round Hill

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children. Ideally, we want someone to regularly do 1-3 days a week (flexible on which days) and then for 1 week each month do 5 days a week. If unable to do the 1 week of 5 days, we're still interested and could take PTO ourselves. We have grandparents wanting to babysit 3x a week, but they enjoy going to the beach frequently. Some light tidying up, laundry or meal prep would be a wonderful option to have as well. Would be willing to offer some paid time off for the right fit. Would also be interested in this nanny being available for some off hours babysitting, for extra pay of course, so we could go out maybe 2 or 3 times a month.
