About the job

I am looking for someone that could watch my child while I work from home. I am available for any questions/urgent needs throughout the day but I work in a space in the house that is totally separate from my child to make sure I can work efficiently. My ideal day has me sitting at my desk at 9 a.m. and I can stop working at 4 p.m. My work days are flexible and I can schedule calls around the needs of my family. Right now, my child's schedule is changing by the week because she is so young. Currently, she just needs to be fed every 2ish hours and I am trying to get her to nap throughout the day to limit her "wake windows" to 2 hours at maximum.
