Full Time Nanny Needed For 7 Mo Old In Richmond (Near Bon Air)

We're looking for a caring, reliable, and engaging nanny to join our family and help care for our son who will be 7 months old in January. This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 9- 5- can be flexible) based in our home. We're a warm, easygoing family with two dogs, so comfort with pets is a must! Both parents work from home but travel frequently for work. Responsibilities include providing attentive care to our son throughout the day, preparing and feeding bottles and small meals (with our assistance for prep as needed). They will plan and participate in age-appropriate activities such as playtime, stroller walks, library story time, or local classes, while supporting nap routines and maintaining a consistent daily schedule. Light tidying related to our son's care, including bottles, toys, and laundry.
