Seeking a flexible part-time (about 20/hours a week) nanny for our 2-year-old daughter and newborn arriving December 2025. Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. I'll handle most newborn care at first; with overlap expected by March. Potential for 1 month off in summer (to be discussed). I work from home. Must be flexible as schedule may shift week to week. Looking for someone dependable and experienced with newborns, infants, toddlers; knowledgeable about development, safe sleep, and baby gear (swaddles, sleep sacks, Nanit).
