In-Home Nanny Needed In RVA - Guaranteed Pay & W-2

Looking for an in-home caregiver for our 6-month-old son beginning the first week of May on M/W/Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00PM. Must be a non-smoker and up to date with vaccinations, including seasonal COVID and flu. Must like dogs, as we have 2 rescues. I will be working from home in another part of the home. Must have reliable transportation. Looking for someone long-term and willing to guarantee pay and utilize a payroll service to provide W-2 for serious candidates. Pay is $20-$22/hour based on experience.
