I am seeking a compassionate, experienced, gentle caregiver for my 6-month-old daughter. I will be returning to work - largely working from home - for the first time since giving birth. I am looking for a hands-on & attentive caregiver who will take care to teach & engage my daughter in developmentally appropriate activities, expose her to new things/experiences, and show appropriate affection and care to her, as if she was a member of their ow n family. Qualities that are of the utmost importance: trustworthiness, attentiveness, kindness, patience, flexibility, warmth, openness, intellect, and gentleness. My hope is that our new nanny would become part of our family, feeling connected to and invested in its healthy growth and prosperity. My daughter is a sweet, calm, happy girl - I am looking for a caregiver who would perpetuate that.
