Playful, Nurturing Part-Time (or FT) Nanny

Seeking a nanny near Purcellville for 3 children. Hoping you can start immediately! Laundry: Help mother keep kids clothes ready and clean. Meal Preparation: Make lunch for 2 kids, Make snacks for kids. Comfortable With Pets: We have 2 cats that mainly stay in the basement. Light Housekeeping: Tidy up the kids playroom. Schedule Details: During the work week, my schedule may vary. Some days I need to be out running around to different appointments. Other days I will be in the home but will need help entertaining the kids while I get house work done or simply deal with the baby alone. Hours and Days can be negotiated (not looking for weekend help, just 3 to 4 week days). About the child(ren): We have three amazing kids (4yo boy, 2. 5yo girl, and 3m girl). Keeping up with all three and their various needs can be a heavy task for one adult, especially while exclusively breastfeeding a new baby! Mom needs a lot of help in order to keep the household running. Our oldest is a 4-year-old boy and he is active and playful and curious about all things. He loves music. Our middle girl is 2. 5 years old and she has the sweetest gentle personality and is curious about how everything works. She currently takes everything apart and can get herself into lots of little things when no one is looking! Our youngest girl is sweet and laid back and loves to observe her two oldest siblings running around and being loud. Need someone who can engage in active play, reading, and age-appropriate activities with the oldest two! Would love if you came with creative activities to engage them. Someone comfortable with diapering, feeding, and nap routines for the youngest two. Light tidying up play areas, keeping up with kid laundry where mom can't, meal prep lunches and snacks for kids, and generally support mom with the daily flow and structure of the household routine whether she be in the home needing time to focus on other chores or outside of the home tending to other needs. I also plan to enroll my oldest two into swimming and other activities outside of the home and will need someone who can stay at home with the baby or with the child who isn't being driven to an activity by mom. Our oldest is currently in pre-K 3 days a week.
