We are welcoming our first child in November and will be seeking in-home child care during the week from January through the ned of June as we finish military service. One parent works nearby our home but has a rather strict schedule, and the other works from home but with frequent travel. Some flexibility over start and ending hours would be needed, but schedules are known typically a week or more in advance. We have one dog. Its a well trained beagle, no more than 35 lbs. He's exceptionally friendly and will break your heart. We are looking for someone who is: - Dependable: Most important quality, we need someone that can communicate well in advance when schedules do not allign. - Warmth & Patience: We are new to this, and could use a steady hand. - Engaging: Supporting age appropriate activities in an outside of the house
